Shopiforge terms of service (public offer)

Service

The Shopiforge software platform, available through the website and the dashboard.

User

A person who has registered an account and uses the service.

Landing page

A landing page created by the User in the builder.

Content

Copy, images, links and any other materials published by the User.

3.1. The Provider grants the User access to the service features: the block builder, AI copy generation, landing publishing, order intake and analytics.

3.2. The set of available features depends on the selected plan.

3.3. The service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not warrant that it fits the User’s particular commercial goals.

4.1. To use the service the User creates an account, providing a name, an email address and a store name.

4.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate data and to keep their password confidential.

4.3. Any action taken under the User’s account is deemed to be taken by the User personally.

5.1. The free plan is provided indefinitely, with limits on the number of projects, pages and AI generations.

5.2. Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period. Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer.

5.3. A refund for the unused period is issued upon the User’s request within 14 days of payment, less the value of services already rendered.

6.1. The Provider undertakes to keep the service available and the User’s data safe with a reasonable degree of reliability.

6.2. The User undertakes not to publish content that violates applicable law, third-party rights or payment-system rules.

6.3. The Provider may suspend access to landing pages that breach clause 6.2, having notified the User.

7.1. AI copy generation is an assistive tool. The User verifies the accuracy and legality of generated materials before publishing them.

7.2. The User is responsible for the final content of the landing page, including any promises and product claims.

8.1. On the free plan landing pages are published on a service subdomain. Paid plans allow a custom domain with an automatically issued certificate.

8.2. The User warrants that they hold the rights to the domain being connected.

8.3. The service keeps a limited number of recent versions of a published page; older versions are deleted and cannot be restored.

9.1. The Provider is not liable for lost profit, indirect damages or the outcome of the User’s advertising campaigns.

9.2. The Provider’s aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.

10.1. Personal data is processed in line with the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10.2. By accepting these terms the User consents to the processing of their data as required to deliver the service and confirms that visitors of their landing pages are informed about data collection.

11.1. The offer remains in force indefinitely until withdrawn by the Provider.

11.2. The User may delete their account at any time; published landing pages are then taken offline.

11.3. Governing law and dispute resolution follow the Provider’s place of registration.
