Orders and statuses

Every order from a landing page or the storefront lands in “Orders”. An order has two statuses: fulfilment and payment.

Where orders come from

Orders are created by buyers — through the form on a landing page or the storefront cart. You can’t add one by hand. The owner gets an email about each new order, and a Telegram message if the app is connected.

An order has two numbers: “№ 1”, “№ 2”… — the count inside your store, and an external one like ORD-… — that’s what the buyer sees on the thank-you page and what CRMs and Telegram receive.

Fulfilment status

“New” → “Processing” → “Shipped” → “Delivered”. The next-step button on the order page moves it along — for example, “Start processing”. To cancel, use “Cancel…”; you can add a reason.

Payment status

  • “On delivery” — cash on delivery or paying the courier.
  • “Awaiting payment” — the buyer went to pay by card.
  • “Paid”, “Failed”, “Refunded” — how the online payment ended.
IMPORTANT

“Mark money as refunded” only records the refund in Shopiforge. The money itself is returned in your bank’s dashboard.

Tick orders in the list and click “Print”. The “Export” button downloads the current list as CSV. Revenue, conversion and average order are in “Analytics”.
